Is there a way for helpdesk tech's to search tickets?
I don't see the search bar when logged in as a tech and the Ticket Search plugin requires access to the dashboard which I also can't see when logged in as a tech.
We use the tech roll because:
1. Our security group doesn't want us logging into applications as administrators
2. When techs are admin they get all ticket notifications instead of just emails for their team
Any suggestions?

Data from Extension Controller Apex-Salesforce
I need to display in a visualforce page the child date related to a parent based on some criteria on the child. In other terms i want
to have All the Container__c with status__c 'New' related to Account through a button placed in the layout page of Account.
I dot not find any error message but the criteria is not take effect as it is in the clause WHERE in the SOQL.

Freepbx problem
Hi,
I been using freepbx for my small business on Raspberry pi it was working fine but yesterday the Ethernet port died so I move the micro SD card in to my backup Pi its online but my Cisco phone are flashing orange I am not sure what to do ??
The IP Phone I can access via the web interface not phone does not work.

.sh script question (file length)
Hoping someone can shed some light on this, I'm picking up an issue that my boss was initially looking at but has now left and my Linux knowledge is limited.
We have a .sh script that runs constantly throughout the day it looks for reference numbers in SWIFT messages and sends those out to a client dependent on message type. Last year our swift provider had an outage and we ended up receiving loads of SWIFT messages in one giant long message and thus our script picked up this one giant swift message and sent it out to various clients (Obviously a huge risk) that they received other banks swifts messages.
Is there anyway I could add to the script for it limit so it could only contain say one message or so many lines?. The email should only contain the single message, we just need to ensure that we can rule out the fact of this happening...

Packet Shaping
Hi All!
Looking for some suggestion as far as packet shaping for network. We currently have 2 ASA Pairs and we are looking to be able to packet shape our network traffic.
Particularly, with a VPN tunnel. Say we have a site to site tunnel to our DR provider for replication. We were told they would set a threshold to only use 50Mbps on their end yet when we look at reports we see those numbers much higher. We essentially want to be able to throttle that site to site so that there is no way they go higher than that 50mbps.
I found out that you could use VTI based VPN but if the other side of the tunnel does not support VTI than this is not a valid solution.

KMS activation
Hello all,
I have installed windows server 2016 standard on virtual machine and installed Volume Activation Services role on it (i want to replace old KMS Servers, Win Server 2008 and 2012 are running now) , from Microsoft Licensing portal i have copied kms key and activated server, the same key i have used to install KMS host Key. I have checked and i saw, that clients are contacting the server, the server received requests. Now i want my KMS server to be able to activate for example : Windows 7,8,8.1,10, Windows server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, also office product, for this purpose when i run the command on KMS Server: slmgr /ipk
Can someone tell me what to do, am i doing something incorrect?

I Have Failed
For the past three years I have been sending out quarterly emails out about email security, common scams, how to ensure an email is from who it says it's from, Think Before You Click, and all that good stuff. Then, this year, we decided that wasn't enough so we purchased a KnowBe4 package, ran a phishing campaign on all staff to establish baseline test, and then assigned an email Security Awareness Training video to everyone via our LMS. My boss, the CEO, and select few other administrators know about the KnowBe4 campaigns at this point.
So, after all that, when I get this email forwarded to me from the CEO asking if it's real or not, I feel like I have failed on some level.
Cue facepalm, shaking my head, headdesk, etc, etc.

ESXi 5.5 Business Closing and need to archive 3 VM's
I don't know how to ask this question exactly but we are closing our company at the end of April. We have 14 Virtual Servers running on ESX 5.5 host. I need to get 3 of those machines (Domain Controller, Application Server & SQL Server) to a tower server with the ability to spin them up at any point in the future. This is required so that he can complete some remaining transactions from his home and connect to the domain. He does not have the space or desire to bring a 42U Rack to his house and really only needs the 3 VM's to finish out the remaining transactions and then do his taxes at the end of 2019.
Looking for suggestions on how to do this as simple as possible.

Strange IP camera neither require port forwarding nor ddns
Hi everyone,
My father bought a cheap wireless IP camera with android app support.
From security perspective its weird to know it can an be accessed from public network without port forwarding or ddns setup.
Bearing in mind all devices in a LAN share a single public IP. It also mean it can bypass the router default firewall which by default allow all outgoing and block all incoming.
The access is via an app and the http port is in the 4000 range. From past experiences on torrenting, even outgoing requires port forwarding so I am really surprised. Thanks

.NET Framework 4 Deployment via MDT
I've been trying to deploy v4.7.2 via an MDT task sequence for Windows 7, but after waiting over an hour and still not seeing it finish, I'm wondering what I'm missing...

SQL User with Active Directory access to a Shared Folder

File Server: Windows Server 2012R2
We need to be able to run a scheduled SQL Job that exports a query to .csv ( this part we can do ) but we would like the SQL job to store the file on a NTFS Share on a Widows File Server. To access the share, the SQL Job will need an AD Account to 'login' to the File Server with. We're not sure where to assign the Access Rights in SQL. That is how do we tell the SQL Job "use THIS ACCOUNT to store the .csv file on this file share"?
How can we accomplish this?

We are not sure what is the best, modern way of fixing this issue. We have a team of developers working in our own infrastructure. This is a fully Windows-based private cloud platform, running a lot of Windows virtual machines with our development software and applications on. Some of these platforms consist out of 5VMs and more. In total we have about 70 developer VMs running all kinds of software applications. Industrial software such as Siemens, SQL databases, websites...
We are using Windows domain security to mostly RDP into these machines, using our company laptops. All machines are in our company domain\. The mailservers, fileservers, DNS server ... are also in that network and domain.

MBG Losing SIP Trunk Connection on ANY loss of connectivity
Has anyone else seen it happen where an MBG loses it's RTP address override settings on Mitel Border Gateway 9.2.0.20 (Mitel Standard Linux 10.4.13.0) ?
Background: I work in an area where the city gives a 100% power uptime guarantee (we're between two major hospitals and a large pharmaceutical company's HQ), but of course that turned out to be a big fat lie this winter. We lost power twice in a short period - long enough that the UPS' drained and everything did soft-shutdown, then it came back just enough to power up before dropping out and causing hard shutdowns because there wasn't enough runtime built up for the shutdown sequence. The MBG lost it's RTP override, and we chalked it up to the unusual power issue.

Do emails with images as links get blocked ...
We have a standard email signature template that all of our employees use. Part of that signature is an image of our logo which is linked to our website.
Over the last couple of weeks some of our users are experiencing issues where their emails to certain individuals are not being received. I've traced this back to the signature and the logo with the link. If that is removed the emails go through correctly.
We use O365 for our email but I'm wondering if gmail or some other large email hosting provider has begun blocking or at least flagging as spam email that that has images with embedded links.
Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? While I know how to get around I haven't been able to determine why it only started happening in the last 2-3 weeks.

UniFi US-16-XG not working with FluxLight SFP modules
Hi, everyone. We bought a bunch of FluxLight SFP-10G-T modules to use with our 16-XG. When I plug in the modules, the indicator LED goes white to show a 10G connection and the SFP module is recognized within the controller web-GUI. However, right when I plug anything into the module, the port goes dark, comes back for a moment, and then goes dark and stays dark. In the web-GUI it shows as disconnected. Right when I unplug the ethernet cable it comes right back.
Any suggestions? Anyone else experience this? Thank you for your time.
