We have two types of Canon copiers in the building, I can't get either model to report anything more than minimum data to Spiceworks.
All I can get Spiceworksto pull is: serial number and that it is a Canon copier.
The copiers are on the same domain, have static IP's, and IPv4 information entered.
SNMP v1 is enabled and is listed as "public" in community name. It has SNMP v. 3 available.
iR-ADV C5051, iR C3220 are the model numbers for the copiers I am trying to get info from.
I entered the login/password info into the scan settings of Spiceworks and have set "Scanner sends all data instead of deltas" to true in the advanced settings area.
I am out of ideas. Anyone know of a fix? I looked in the community but the results weren't helpful.
