I am always on the Spiceworks community, trying to learn as much as I can whilst providing whatever help I can also. However I have not made use of the Helpdesk facility. Previously I was not as interested as I work for a relatively small company of around 90 people and so keeping track of things to do and priorities was not a major issue. But recently I have started to notice I forget things now and then and some stuff just sits there not being done as it hasn't been chased up. So now I think its time to use a Helpdesk. What are the key selling features of Spiceworks in particular as well as having Helpdesk software in general. For me personally and this business the key things would be its free, its future proof (although I'm coping OK now, as the business grows I will find it harder and harder to keep track of things), I can prioritise, things don't get forgotten etc etc. Basically, I'm sold, but how do I sell it to management?
