I've upgraded to Windows 8 twice now on my laptop, and gone back to Windows 7 after using it for a while. I don't like the native cloud integration and the Modern UI, I realize that every user is different, and have their own preferences, and opinions of operating systems. Will you be upgrading any of your servers to 2012? Or your machines to Windows 8? Or will you be sticking with Windows Server 2003/2008, and Windows XP/7? I've worked with WS2012 servers in a test environment, and personally don't like the Modern UI, especially when trying to manage the system using RDS. I've got a feeling that Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 have taken the place of Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP as the 'Ten Year OS's'. Plus, lets face it, moving employees to Windows 7 was hard enough, can you imagine trying to move them to Windows 8! 0_0
