Ok, let me post this thing first the real question is below. i am COMPLETLY NEW with this site and still getting used to the comunity.
Ok heres my problem, i have th brains and the knolage and the people ready and dedicated to take on a fullout DataCenter, not a HUGe one like rackspace but you know, small-big. they are good at softwear, css,html(web sector) then people for graphics(graphics sector) AND programers. now we are ALL bright people like you guys helping me solve my problem :) but no matter how much we search no matter how much we try THERE IS NO help on softwear to start a datacenter, how did all these other company's do it? how did they overcome this delama. theres softwears out there like vmwear with their vsphere and virtual magament and vbackup stuff. but this softwear DOSENT work with other softwears that we need. like WHMCS witch is almost mandatory for a host site. like the softwears out there BUT THEY DONT support eachother. i have tryed and tryed again. and no resault. this is probly my last resort. so spiceworks comunity can you help me out here. i have thought for literaly hr's on end and countless softwears and viruses have passed threw my system.
Please help, i have run out of thoughts.
