Target media: 64GB USB flash drives
Hello all. I have a backup job that has been working without problems for over a year. Then suddenly on 12/28/2012, it stopped working. I don't see any errors but the job goes immediately to a queued state in the monitor and stays there.
The server is not paused.
i rebooted the server and restarted the services from the services.msc as well as from within BE.
I ran a test of the job and it failed on media capacity:
Media Capacity CheckDevice: Backup-to-Disk Device 1
Online append capacity: 0.000 MB
Online overwrite capacity: 1,024 MB
Total append capacity: 221,798 MB
Total overwrite capacity: 20,842,468 MB
Capacity check status: Failed
I reduced the file selection to about 5GB and it still fails so I don't think it is actually a capacity issue. I am getting the error with all the flash drives so it is not a specific device issue.
I am out of ideas now.
