Event log data not showing for devices

Hi,

I am not getting any event log data from some of my devices in spiceworks. Is there any steps I can follow to try and resolve this? I have looked at the log files and found the follow error on one of the devices, but not sure what the problem is.

Something went wrong filling Event data for computer idaho: Spiceworks::EventLogError: System Error (0x00000057) The parameter is incorrect.
