I need to create a simple report for ticket “open hours” until closing every ticket on help desk tickets.
I created a custom attribute by the name standby for tickets that are for a 3rd party to take care of.
Tickets with a standby attribute can have the attribute value “on” and be open for days then turned “off” and finally closed after a week and I will have a very long “open hours” timings..

Is there a way for SW to “Remember” tickets that WERE in the past with a “Standby” custom attribute value “on” and have them marked at a report ?
