Cisco switch reboots for unknown reason

In need of some T/S assistance, I've just recently run into a problem. I installed a C4948 switch and have a few devices coming off of it. Since I've installed just a few days ago it appears to reboot once or twice a day. The processor is only at about a 10% load and when I issue a show platform crashdump the switch displays:
"Last Powerfail: (date) (time)"
"Last crash: never"

So I then perform a show version and that displays:
System returned to RMO by power-on
System restarted at (time) (date)
IOS: cat4000-i9k91s-mz.122-20.EWA4

Figuring maybe my power supply has problems I issued a show power:
(At the time of reboots I only had a single power supply) It's displaying I'm only using 200W / 300W. Today I've added an additional power supply and am running the configuration in power redundant mode. Both are showing status and fan sensor Good.

I ran a show tech-support just to see if I couldn't find anything out of the ordinary, not that I'm an expert at finding errors but just to see if anything popped out. The only thing I could find was under the 'show region' section.

I see 6 line items, for brevity I'll just display their names.
1. main
2. main:text
3. main:data
4. main:bss
5. main:heap
6. virt stack

Line item 6 is what catches my eye..
Start |End |Size(b) |Class |Media |Name
0x20000000 |0x23FFFFFF |67108864 |Bad |R/W |virt stack

I thought it didn't seem right so I logged into a 4500 chassis and ran a show region and didn't see that line item. Now I'm going to open a TAC case as that seems the best course of action, but can anyone else help provide some insight as to what else I might what to try? I think next step I'll upgrade the IOS but will wait and see what TAC recommends.

Thanks!
