WINSXS - DISM is not recognized with Win2K8 R2

I am struggling with reducing the winsxs folder on a win2k8 R SP2. 1st I used compcln which reduced the folder by 1G only

Then copied the Amd64 DISM folder from one of my servers, ran the command

dism.exe /offline /cleanup-image /spsuperseded

I get a message as follows

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 6.2.9200.16384

Error: 50

DISM does not support servicing Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 with the /Online option.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

I read on one of MS pages that we need to run "WimMountAdkSetupAmd64.exe /Install /q"

I did but did not see and DISM.exe in the system32 and when I type DISM from anywhere other than the folder which I copied, the command is not recognized
