I wish you are fine ....... I have a question regarding HP lifetime warranty for switch HP 5500El .... What i understand that this switch has lifetime warranty with advance replacement and next-business-day delivery ...... What i understand that the standard lifetime warranty cover the following:
1) Call HP & troubleshoot the H.W. failure
2) Once HP has confirmed that the product is having a failure covered under warranty and knows what replaceable part you need, HP will send the part to me
3) HP will send the new part next business day
4) I can call HP 5 days (Monday to Friday) from 08:00 to 17:00
If i upgrade to HP Care Pack Hardware Support Exchange Service [1-year, 24x7 software phone support, software updates + 4 hour hardware exchange (HS659E)], I will have the standard warranty in addition to those upgrades:
1) HP will send the new part in 4 hours
2) I can call HP 7 days (Monday to Sunday) 24 hours per day
Is what i said is true ..... Please Confirm
