Date and Time of Comments no longer display on Tickets with 6.2

We just upgraded to 6.2.00812. Up til now, with each comment in a ticket, it would show the Date and Time of the comment. Now it just shows an estimate (e.g., "2 months ago", "1 day ago"). I often need to give far more precise information than that.

I know I will get very different responses from my CEO if I tell him "I ordered the part 2 months ago" as opposed to "I ordered the part on November 19th".

Is there a setting where I can set it back to Date and Time?
