My Boss is completely unrelated to any IT tasks in the company, but I want him to be able to log into Help Desk and see what kinds of things I have tickets open for, as well as tickets that have been worked and closed. I have many days (like a lot of you) where I really have nothing to show for my work at the end of the day, and while it is certainly not an issue where I work, I believe it would be beneficial for him to have an idea of where a lot of my time goes when I'm not in the office, as well as who the people are that are routinely putting in tickets.
He is in my Inventory by way of my SW install being tied into my AD. What do you all think would be the best way for me to give him this kind of access?
