We are missing a ticket from our system.
Can't find it when searching by ticket #, or when searching opened/closed tickets. Clicking on the direct link from the notification emails for that ticket leads to a page with "No Single Ticket to display".
From looking over the database, I can't find it in the "tickets" table, but I can find all the various updates for it (opened, updated) in the "activities" table.
Any ideas? We're going crazy trying to find this ticket!
