I have all of my clients added as people in spiceworks, when a ticket needs to be created for someone I go to people then click their name and then create new ticket. With the new updates to the iphone spiceworks app, it would be awesome to navigate to people and then have ability to create a ticket for them. This way they would then be email based on my alert settings to tickets being modified and commented on.
Again, I already do this with the desktop version but would like to be able to make real use of the mobile app.
