We are running into issues with users. 1. Can't create a ticket with the user as the creater, generates the "Users is invalid" error. 2. End users can't log-in or create there own ticket, they get "E-Mail already exists" Im feeling these are related, but possibly not.
We use AD sync. We recently added an alternate UPN suffix, and changed all users to reflect that. Im betting somehow that duplicated info, or Spiceworks ..... I have no idea...
