Hi,
You can have the email address changed on the account, and also update the credit card details updated on the account to a new one.
You can change the email address on the account from the "My Account" link under the "Settings" in the Home page.
Otherwise you can transfer the applications to the other account and downgrade the older account and upgrade the newer account.
