Im installing a whole lot of new desktops with Windows 7 Pro Sp1 with Office 2013, Kaspersky End Point Security, and Nitro Reader. Once I place the computer on the users desktop and configure there email using IMAP Outlook will download their email without much of an issue. However if the user or I leave Outlook open it will randomly crash and restart. It doesnt matter if Outlook is idle or being used by the user. In the logs I get the following error. This seems to be happening on almost all of my new systems.
Faulting application name: outlook.exe, version: 15.0.4454.1511, time stamp: 0x5110c380
Faulting module name: MSVCR100.dll, version: 10.0.40219.1, time stamp: 0x4d5f0c22
Exception code: 0xc0000005
I have tried googling the error and havent found anything that helps the problem go away. I have also tried reinstalling Office 2013 and recreating the users accounts. I even tried using other imap account from you and gmail with the same results.
Any thoughts? Any Microsoft people out there seen this issue yet and maybe have an answer?
BTW all of the new systems are HP 8300 I5/I7 with 8/16GB Ram.
