Nec SV8100 Freezing

We have a brand new NEC SV8100 PBX. We run two different IP ranges; the telephone system is on one range and the computers, printers and servers on another. The cabling in all buildings has been rewired to cat5e. We have installed new Netgear switches with fibre backbones between all cabinets. We have setup two vlans and have set the priority of vlan2 (voip) to the highest.

At least once every two days the telephone system freezes, it completely locks up analogue, digital and voip phones. You cannot make or receive calls, not even internal. The only way to rectify is to reset power on the PBX cabinets.

We have run system diagnostics and wireshark but could not see anything.

We have replaced the VOIP, PRI and Processor cards in the system. We doubled the capacity of the VOIP card. We have tried different versions of firmware on the system as well.

Any advice or ideas?
