Exchange 2010 issue

Hi everyone, hope someone can help with this apparenty silly issue.

! Exchange Server 2010, main company email is handled fine, we also have a few other accepted domains and the email comes in for those.

A new member of staff is starting (A) but wont be using email, another member of staff (B) will do this for them. So, set up mailbox for the (A) and added email address from one of the other accepted domains, which is non authoratitive. Gave full access permission to the member of staff that will be dealing with the emails.(B)

Mailbox appears in Outlook 2010 no problem, however, 2 issues.

Firstly, when sending a new email from the (A) email address in Outlook, the sent email does not show in A's email folder but rather goes into B's sent folder??

Secondly, when sending email internally from B's domain to A's domain we get 'You do not have permission to send on behalf' even though B has full access and send as permissions set?

Any help would be gratefully received.
