Possible bugs found in 6.2 release

I've notice a couple of issues since we recently upgraded to the 6.2 release (6.2.00829).

1. Due Today tickets issues:

We have a view of the tickets called Due Today tickets. The filtering was working properly before the upgrade. The filtering was:

Status is open

Due at is before today

With this setting, we saw all tickets with the due date that was today. After the update, we were seeing only tickets that were past due. My workaround for this was to configure as follows:

Status is open

Due at is before tomorrow at 5:00 PM

Note the addition of the time. While time seemed to always be there, we didn't necessarily see how to use it. It became obviously that the time reference appears to be enforced, as when a ticket it assigned a due date, we are seeing that 5:00 PM is being tacked onto the date. I'm suspecting some sort of bug in the logic of today and tomorrow and the time affecting this. We do see that after 5, tickets start appearing in the Past Due filtering. Before, I didn't see this happen until after 7 PM.

2. Time stamp for ticket comments have "disappeared".

At first glance, it looked liked it disappeared. However, upon highlighting the area where it was supposed to be revealed that it was there. It just had the same color as the background. Is there a way to change the text color of the time stamp for the ticket to any other color other than the background? I really couldn't find anything looking through the settings in Spiceworks. I'm not sure if this is truly an issue with a setting in Spiceworks or if it's tied into a plugin. Someone else in the company set up Spiceworks and the plugins initially and I've been handed the keys and figuring out the controls along the way.

I will upgrade to 6.2.00873 next week and see if that addresses the issues. In the meantime, any comments on this would be greatly appreciated.

I did search prior to submitting this but was only able to see items related to using due dates or articles on time and date disappearing altogether on earlier 6.2 releases.

Thanks,

Jose
