So were currently working on moving to a new IP-PBX (leaning on Asterisk/SwitchVox) with SIP trunks.
We currently have Comcast and are also looking at setting up a MPLS for the new VOIP system (for the SIP trunks).
Most of the MPLS providers want to deliver it using a T1 which I hear nothing but bad things about.
Comcast has fiber in our area (building even) but its incredibly expensive compared to what were paying for now...
Besides Fiber, what other options are there to a T1(s)?
Or, are there any issues/considerations when using VOIP/SIP over a Broadband connection?
