Ok, accounts have been created, users have been trained. Many users are already using Outlook for internal emails and calendaring.
So, it's time to flip the switch. It'll happen Friday afternoon. Going from POP/IMAP to Exchange. (Yeah I know, welcome to the 20th century!)
Besides changing the MX record, any other last minute suggestions? Take a vacation day on Monday maybe? ;)
