I have just set up my email on my help desk and since Friday I have recieved 828 email tickets from info@em.spiceworks.com. This is Tuesday at noon. That is more than 200 tickets a day. There are 2 actual tickets that keep be received over and over. How do I stop this? I like getting the info from the spiceworks team I just don't need the same email 400+ times. A little distracting.
