My Spiceworks installation is not creating tickets from e-mails

My SpiceWorks installation is roughly 5 month old and about 2 week ago it stopped creating tickets from e-mails. I can click on Refresh tickets under the Help Desk page and all of my e-mails get converted into tickets no problem. I have checked all of my e-mail settings and my log files to verify the interval that spiceworks checks for new tickets (60 seconds). Here is a list of things I have tried. 1. Restart the service. 2. Restart the server. 3. Verify the interval to check for new or updated ticket email = 60 4. Cleared all email settings and re-applied settings. 5. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Spiceworks application I only use Spiceworks for ticketing and at this point the application is useless to me.
