Having issues with BE 2012 and a local account we are using to backup servers. I have traced the issue to a server that is issuing the error attached. The user has local admin rights to the server but we cannot RDP to the server and I believe that this is the reason why BE 2012 keeps failing on all the jobs (full and differential). I have reset the password for the domain account and given the user local admin rights to the machine with the same password (just to check if that was the cause), but still keep having backup failures. Symantec support says that it is a problem with the AD account and I am leaning toward that. The password is not expired and I have reset the password to reset the countdown to change the password. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve the attached error?
