Website Setup Questions.

Ok , so i'm trying to setup a web server at home at the moment, and i'm stuck. I am going to have two physical servers. One just has owa with exchange 2013 on it. Then the other will host my WordPress site. My question is with only one public IP is there a way to have certain requests get directed to a different server . So keep both servers on the same port and filter based on domain name. So if a user on the internet goes to mail.domain.com they get owa, and if they go to www.domain.com they get my website, etc . When everything was on a single server I used Host Headers to do this but i'm not sure how to set this up with multiple devices. Can I have one instance of IIS on a server that handles all requests and dose all the redirecting ?
