Trying to set up APC SMART-UPS 3000 XL

Hi.

My APC SMART-UPS 3000 XL came with a NEMA L5-30. Do I need to wire my server room with a 30v female end? If so, I should invest in wiring the room for growth. Any suggestions are appreciated.
