DRAC not responding to any ports

Hello,

I have a Dell PowerEdge 1950 III and when I try to access the web interface nothing happens. It does not have a dedicated NIC for DRAC.

I can ping it just fine but I can't access SSH, Telnet, HTTP, HTTPS or any other port the DRAC is supposed to have open. I am running VMware vSphere 5.1 so maybe that is the problem?
