I was trying to add a private attachment to a ticket. I had a ticket open, clicked the Note option just above the ticket window, clicked inside the note text box (which expanded with no issues like normal), and then clicked the Attach File link just below the note box. Nothing happens in Chrome, and nothing happens in IE 9.
However, if I click the Response option, click inside the response text box (which expands as expected), and then click Attach File, I see the Choose File button as would be expected behavior. Then, if I click the Note option, I still see the Choose File button and can attach something to the ticket as a private attachment. Should the Choose File button change back to the Attachment link automatically?
Is anyone else having these issues? Could it be a Java issue on my computer that I am using to view the SW interface?
