Spice works connect

I have a strange issue. i use spice works to manage several remote sites now the problem is. suddenly nun of my remote sites can connect to the central server.
now from the remote sites if i go to publicip:9675 i can access the page for the central site but if i do the same from the server to remote site i get a page cannot be displayed message. i have verified all ports necessary should be opened on all devices routers modems and switches at all location and also central server location. i dont think i missed anything is my sweep for a possible cause for this issues.. been working on this for 5 days now.. please help
