Hi - I need help. Under the Devices-All group I ahd duplicate, triplicates of devices from previous scans. I later used the wks agent and this correctly scanned and identified my PCs etc. But I still had all these duplicates. I deleted all the entries in the "All" group thinking that the next scan put pull all the info back in. What its done though is scan the PCs but ignored the agent - so therefore my devices are all unknown and give the wmi error etc.
My question is - will the agent not resurrect itself - do I need to go to each PC and reload the agent?
