we forward emails from our as400\iseries through exchange.
works pretty well, but recently it was brought to my attention that one salesman was not getting email confirmation of his orders.
he is receiving all other emails from the company, just not the emailed order confirmation.
the error is att.net #551 not our customer
so I initially assumed it meant they had his email address wrong on the as400.
BUT- I cut and pasted the guys email address from the returned email, sent it, and it went through?!?
only occurs with this one email account. why would AT&T respond "not our customer" if the address is indeed correct?
