So I was feeling nostalgic a few nights ago, and was going through my old things, and I found an old Wing Commander game from way back and my old Rogue Squadron game cartridge. This got me thinking if there were any good space/flight combat SIMS out on the market right now. I'm not too intereted in EVE (tried it on a few occasions and it just never stuck), but I really wasn't able to find any. Bear in mind that I'm talking about a space or flight combat/dogfighting game in line with what Wing Comander used to do. I find it hard to believe that I couldn't find one on the market. I guess there might not be that much of a call for one, but with the graphics/game engines of today (vs back in 1995ish) I think they could make something really epic. I was wondering if anybody misses these types of games, or if anyone has seen one that is decent out on the market now?
