Webex/GotoMeeting etc. without the "Named User" licensing?

As I sit baking in the garden I'm looking at options when our current web conferencing solution is up for renewal.

Rough wishlist is:

  • No "Named User" licensing - I want everyone in the business to be able to use it
  • Licensed on concurrent meetings
  • No client software to be installed - in corporate land you need to be sure the person you want to hold a meeting with can join a meeting so whist running a .exe will probably work anything needing to be installed is a no-go
  • Audio Conferencing - pay to dial a local number is fine
  • VOIP - ideally with a bridge for people on the landline audio conference
  • Webcam support - ideally multi-user and HD if required
  • Screen sharing
  • Whiteboarding/annotations
  • iOS/Android support

So nothing out of the ordinary really.

Webex and GotoMeeting seem to work well but they are expensive and seem to suffer from the "Named User" license and in a 500 user company it needs to be something where anyone who wants to hold a meeting once or twice a year can do so without having to find "Bill" or "Fred".
