I have configured the remote desktop on a Windows Server 2008 Std Edition. I'm using Generic printer drivers for a thermal slip printer. I've been able to configure the remote session that the printer appears when the remote connection is made. When I go into Devices and Printers, printer properties, print test page a long blank page comes out. If I print locally then I see the test page perfectly. I have ensured that Remote Desktop services/features/roles are installed and activated. The licensing is in place. The server is 64-Bit and so is the Windows 7 laptop.
I do see that this was a previous post, around 2010, but no solution had been posted. Please assist. I am desperate. Thank you so much.
