I'm just a new bee in sharepoint 2013 ,
I have different deparments , The main site can be accessed by all and they can view the document and edit the documents by anyone .. Only people who belong to their departments can access their deparment sites .. But My scenario is i want to share a document to another deparment and to a single person and other's shouldn't view the document .. How do i achieve this ?
Steps i did :
When i grant permission to the User to all the departments they can view all the documents ..
I made them to the limited access .. But then they can access all the sites and see all the documents ..
