I set up an email account in Outlook 2010 on our domain. Everything syncs and works normally, however, when I connect the PC to the VPN from outside the firewall, Outlook continuously asks for a password even when Remember credentials is selected. I am able to ping both the server's internal IP and the server name, and this is the only user that is having this issue. Everything I've looked at points to the remote machine but because I can ping the server I'm not sure what the issue is. The only thing I can think of is that the credentials are not being passed through the port. Is there a way to check/fix this?
