Especially for smaller shops - what do you do if a client's problem is simply to complex or too difficult to solve? If you spend 2 hours troubleshooting a client's problem and you still can't figure it out, what do you do? Do you have partnerships with larger firms that you pass them onto? If so, do they bill you?
Have any of you ever told a client that their problem is not solvable? Or for example, if you can't get their printer to work, have you ever told them their equipment is just broke?
