WSUS Offline Update A Trojan?

Anyone been getting the Trojan.Agent/Gen-Autorun warnings? I downloaded wsusoffline84.zip from http://download.wsusoffline.net.
The MD5 and Hash SHA1 calculate correctly.
MD5 - 02acaabb3138fb6fb1c205583f65979c,
SHA1 - 59f9d45e763c60a913bece97de13e833276ea820
SuperantiSpyware gives a severe warning to remove it.
MalwareBytes finds Nothing.
Norton 360 finds Nothing.
VirusTotal scores it as 3/46
(Recognized WSUS as a trojan by:
TheHaker as Trojan/Windef.ipz,
TrendMicro-Housecall as TROJ_GEN.F47V0527
and ViRobot as Trojan.Win32.A.Zbot.39 )
Has anyone else noticed any issues with using Ver. 8.4 lately?
