I have a site in Temecula, Ca. where some credit card transactions get charged multiple times. Because the restaurant is sorta in a rural location, I had them connected on Aircard for a couple of months and there were no issues whatsoever. Having the site on aircard became really expensive so they are now connected on DSL Verizon. Ever since the switch though, this credit card problem has occurred. Credit Cards are charged up to 6 to 8 times. I find it weird because these transactions show as pending and get corrected on its own. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue and why? Does it have to do with our provider Verizon, or the banks? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
