I am new to elastix, the guy that set it up at work is no longer here and I am trying to figure it out. One issue we currently have is that we have about 12 phone numbers registered, but the elastix server only picks up 6 of them. We use mostly SIP devices. I think our hardware can only handle 8 channels, but I tried adding a number to one of our 2 available channels and it didn't work. I have attached a screenshot of the hardware detector.
We are trying to add our other phone numbers to elastix. When we call the numbers, it just rings. It does not go to our automated attendant like our other numbers.
