I am trying to set up an email that customers can use to send ticket requests. Attached is what I've done so far and below is what my web hosting provider says I should do.
Username: helpdesk@mycomputerrepairguyllc.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.mycomputerrepairguyllc.com IMAP: Port 143
POP3: Port 110
Outgoing Server: mail.mycomputerrepairguyllc.com SMTP: Port 587
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
I get the error message that the server can't be reached on the ports I've set up (110 and 587). What am I missing?
