Here's what I have gathered to put together so far. Thing runs like a beast. I'm not a huge fan of biostar but I go the board for free and seems to output pretty well. Waiting on my Samsung 840 Pro yet....SSD.

I got most of these parts for free including the CPU, board and video card.
Skyrim and black ops 2 look awesome. What should I improve other than an SSD?
