Connection change between two access point

I was in a house that have two access point, both are of different SSID.
So the main problem was this, when I try to download or load something, it always stop at the middle and says that network error. I went to the router on my browser to check if anything was wrong, when I go to 192.168.1.1, the page shows a router login page, but a few minutes later when I refresh the page, it changed to another router which is the second router in my house.
