I am facing an issue for more than a month.
We recently jumped from SBS 2008 to enterprise 2008 R2 in March. Now sometimes users report their profiles dont remember settings.
Scenario:
Staff members use RDP sessions to login with their username/password. Everyone morning they have to setup default printer. When they log off and next morning login, they again have to set default printer, thats the 1st issue.
Also HR here use a HR information software, HR3. This HR3 works on SQL database and I have to connect this program to database and then she starts working on it. Once in 15 days she always raise ticket to me saying that she somehow has lost access to database and I have to repeat the task. This is getting frustrating.
I thought there might be issue with group policy but I am not sure because same group policies are there for other staff members and they work fine for them. ..... So solutions for this issue? Thanks
