Today i did something that i haven't done in a long time and i thought i wouldn't do ever again.
I got an early msg from my admin about a crucial computer/server that had its grafix card fail. So i got there, i had no spare card...and i took my own out(working with the onboard atm).
As this wasn't enough, at the time of the card change, its PSU* died as well.
No spare PSU? no problem! i got the one from my spiceworks computer! (no spiceworks atm)
I saved the day but...
How do you feel about these sorts of things?
*i ve seen simple psu's that are running for years to die when you have to close them and replug them.
