This isn't a support issue as such, so mods feel free to move this.
I'm setting up the Help Desk (which looks fantastic so far). However I am a one man IT outfit and people are used to using my personal email address and calling me. How do I encourage people to use the new helpdesk email, but to use it appropriately (i.e. continue to use my normal email address for non-helpdesk emails)?
Has anyone faced a similar dilemma?
