We're prepping our plans for our booth at VMworld and thought I'd run a couple ideas past the gang here. Neverfail is about to change the game in disaster recovery and I'm thinking the whole "game changing" idea might lend itself to the overall booth concept. I'm thinking of bringing in a classic arcade game, and there are certainly lots to choose from. Some of the games that came to mind were Gauntlet, Pac Man / Galaga, Defender, Daytona, Manx TT, Spy Hunter, among others. We would probably run some kind of contest around it as well, based on high scores or bracketing or whatnot.
So... what do the Spiceheads think? Does this sound like fun to you? What classic game(s) would you most want to visit again? (Even better, what's the tie-in to disaster recovery?) Also, what kind of prizes / swag would want (or not want) to take home from San Francisco? Is the bacon theme overplayed or does the thought of bacon swag still make you salivate? So many questions... Anyway, just giving you all a chance to make everyone's trip to VMworld better when you stop by the Neverfail booth to see what's new. Thanks for the help!
