As an MSP, I'm starting to look at managing the domain renewals for all our clients through spiceworks. Initially the idea is great with the system highlighting when they are within their 60 or 30 day renewal period. The problem I have though is listing which domains are added and which aren't. Our current list that we look after for clients is just over 250, and with the single scrolled view under cloud services its a bit of a handful to say the least!
Is anyone else managing domain renewals in this way, and in such quantities? If so, how are you handling them or grouping them - by customer, by registrar, not at all? I'm interested in your thoughts...
